- Date and time of arrival
- Date of departure (Note: For the night from 11. to 12.08.2010 we have only 25 rooms available, so everybody please may check, if he optionally may leave after the round table)
- Obliging booking a room
- Obliging registration of the meals (breakfast and lunch)
- Lecture subject and required time
